Great way to start your day

There is nothing better than get your day started with turkish coffee and medjool dates. It is very simple, but very enjoying. You can buy medjool dates at your local supermarket and can make turkish coffee. For preparation you need the finest grind you have, finer than for other types of coffee. For preparation you can use a burr grinder, ibriks and cezves. This method goes back to the 16th century. Add sugar and a small turkish coffee cup of cold water for each cup you are going to make. Mix fine ground coffee into the water and heat it. Turkish coffee is very strong with bubby froth. Don't drink the ground that settle to the bottom. Enjoy.
